Awesome trainer! We've got a pair of corgis with a big age gap (and let's just say they weren't exactly hitting it off). Carsten swooped in to help train the little one and work on the older one's behaviour. Their relationship has definitely improved and are starting to get along! He’s also very responsive on WhatsApp. We shoot him messages or videos whenever we hit a snag, and he's always quick to respond. If you're a fur baby parent, Carsten comes highly recommended!
